Monday FADE was featured on the homepage of VEVO with several of todays major label super stars. A song written from my kitchen studio in the foreclosed home I was living in 2 years ago and video shot on a shoe string budget on the backs of a few starving artist. My fans know that many of my songs are written from a point of having little but still enjoying my life. Fade was written from that same position but out of frustration, pain and hardships that I was enduring at the time and for the past few years. I needed to write a song that I could put on in the morning to motivate me to change my situation or at least for that moment my mind state. A song that would tell me to block out what the world was saying and stay the course because if you persevere no matter what happens you can hold your head high. This song also serves as a letter to those that have doubted me, stabbed me in the back, ridiculed me and tried their best to defeat my spirits while I pursued my dream. No matter where you are in life or who you are you'll always run into people who don't believe in you or your dreams and I hope this song gives you some energy and hope to keep pushing forward, don't give up and NEVER FADE!
