The Weeknd just posted this cool video of the making of a graffiti art piece in prime pedestrian location at Six Corners in our hometown's Wicker Park neighborhood. Considering I'm a sucker for the creative process, live art, and time lapses, I thoroughly enjoyed this promo for Kiss Land. On top of that, one of my favorite cuts from the album, "Wanderlust" (the Pharrell version), acts as the audio backdrop to the quick 1.5 minute spot. Press play above and be sure to cop that Kiss Land album in one more day: September 10th.
Here's a fun little video to breakup your day and get a small glimpse into some of us at #TeamGowhere! We documented our roadtrip from Chicago to Austin, TX a couple of months ago for SXSW and unearthed a time lapse of all 21 hours condensed into 90 seconds.
Set to the Requiem For A Dream theme song — the epic anthems of epic anthems, which is clearly quite appropriate here. So naturally, it's best to turn up the volume in your headphones and enter full screen mode. Ha! Good times... Gowhere You Love!
