I just recently discovered that XXL has teamed up with non-other then Best Buy and Sony RED for a special edition issue of XXL. XXL, Best Buy, and Sony RED have created XXL mini mag, which is sold exclusively in Best Buy.
Featured on the special issue is DJ Khaled who recently dropped his album Kiss The Ring not to long ago. Inside the mini mag Khaled speaks on a number of things including Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and Rick Ross. Other included inside XXL mini mag is 2 Chainz, Pusha T, Ryan Leslie, and more.
If you buy the mini-mag, you will receive two special Cds: Times, Rhymes & Beats featuring new music from Eve, Ryan Leslie, Future, King L, Joey Bada$$, Method Man, Casey Veggies, RZA and more.
This special issue of XXL is only $5.99 at Best Buy. I think this is pretty dope! I saw a copy of this at Best Buy a few days ago and was amazed at how small it was.

R-Les' new rap album, Les Is More, is looking at an October 22nd release and above is the newly revealed artwork and tracklist. While I think Leslie definitely has his moments as an emcee, I still prefer him as a singer. I'm thinkin' there may be a little bit of a mix of both on the new album and do appreciate that he's expanding himself as an artist. "Joan Of Arc" is my favorite of the tracks that have been released thus far, but nothing else has really stuck with me like that ("5 Minute Freshen Up" or "Beautiful Lie", namely). We'll all be able to vibe with the album and hear for ourselves next month when, in addition to the audio, Leslie is expected to release 7 music videos and 3 performance videos as part of Les Is More.
