Priority Records, the old home of artists like Snoop Dogg, N.W.A. and Dr. Dre, have relaunched their label with a joint merger between Capital Records and Insurgency Music (home of the artist Baauer). With Hip hop hot shots Just Blaze & Henry Fraud contributing to the label, the new Priority Records will commence August 13th with the release of a track entitled "Higher", by Just Blaze & Baauer featuring Jay Z. Henry Fraud, the producer of tracks from French Montana, Wiz Khalifa, Rick Ross and Henry Sweatshirt, also signed a deal with Priority Records for his Surf School label. Although Fraud stated as an artist and producer he is not signed to a label yet, he went on to twitter to say, "For the label I am looking to create partnerships with other independent minded artists and release wavy music. Its not about signing people". The construction continues for the label since providing distribution over the years for other rap labels such as Wu-Tang Records, Rap-A-Lot Records and Ruthless Records. Who will the label acquire next?
