Owned by famed chef David Chang, Momofuku is a group of restaurants all over the world. The name Momofuku, Japanese for lucky peach, indirectly pays homage to Momofuku Ando, the creator of instant ramen. Also, a cheeky mispronunciation of mother f*cker.
