According to Hits Daily Double, Miguel is set to debut at #3 on the Billboard 200 as his first week album sales will be coming in around 69K. The other relevant new release in hip hop/R&B this past week came from DJ Drama, who only pushed 19K, good for the #21 spot. Did you buy any of the these albums?

Here is my reaction to finding out Miguel was on this tour:
I am so not against anyone who wants to hook me up with a meet & greet with Miguel lol
Lord sweet Jesus gosh I love Miguel and it looks like everyone else does too! After months of extremely thorough promotional efforts from him and his team Miguel’s new album, Kaleidoscope Dream, is set to give him a well-deserved chart victory. The record is on tack to debut in the 10 of the Billboard 200.
Kaleidoscope Dream is predicted to sell between 50k to 60k copies within this week. Thus acquiring a spot in the top 10 off the Billboard 200 next week. Miguel’s last album All I Want Is You only sold 11k in its first week debuting at 37.
Yesterday, Miguel released the video for his second single ‘Do You…’ I honestly can’t see a stop for Miguel. At this point he can only go up from here. He is truly talented and gifted, which is all the more reason why you should get out there and support Kaleidoscope Dream!
Available in stores next Tuesday, October 2nd, is Miguel's sophomore album, Kaleidoscope Dream. He has previewed much of the album through the release of 3-track EPs and continues his unique fashion of sharing the music to his fans via an official stream of the entire album. Head on over to NPR to listen to Kaleidoscope Dream - something also on my to do list for today.
