“People are always saying, ‘He’s only started twenty-five games, there’s so many uncertainties.’ And I agree. I totally agree,” he says. “I don’t know how my next season’s going to turn out. The things that I struggled with before last year, I’m going to struggle with next year—there’s that learning process. Just because you have x amount of good games doesn’t mean that you have drastically improved as a player. It just means that what you could do is finally being shown. But I have to get better.”
Jeremy Lin dons his own LINSANITY shirt and covers GQ Magazine. He has gone where no Asian has gone before. Recently traded to Houston Rockets, the point guard is set to prove "I told you so" directed towards the New York Knicks. Get your hands on this copy in stores now!
Apologies on the late pass on this video as Jeremy Lin's latest webisode dropped last month, but hey, I just saw it today and was inspired by it, and think many of you may feel the same. The video takes a look at a couple days of Lin's offseason. The highlights: behind the scenes footage of his upcoming Volvo commercial followed by a rigerous, intense, and precise training regimen of basketball drill work and weight lifting. Then his 'stress release' is some putt-putt, Pop-A-Shot, and skeeball before concluding with a massage to get his body ready for the next intense day of training.
It's cool to see him have fun with his friends and just how hard and detailed his workout is. Would love to try some of these drills and exercises as well, hah! Lastly, Lin always includes a Bible verse in all of his YouTube videos and I particularly liked the one in this episode below. Enjoy!
This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.
