TMZ has learned that Ja Rule is a free man. His wife picked him up from Ray Brook Federal Prison and drove him straight home this morning for Ja's house arrest confinement until July 28th. The jail stint was for sentences of tax evasion and gun possession, concurrently, for the past 2 years. I'd expect some new Ja Rule music after being in jail sometime this year (so is the pattern, it seems).
