GP, DJ Drama and Sean Mac are back at it with the release of ‘Without a Deal’ 2.
GP puts Chicago on the map as he links up with DJ Drama and Chicago’s very own DJ Sean Mac for ‘Without a Deal 2′. The mixtape boasts 20 tracks. The mixtape includes production from Sonny Digital (2 Chainz, Future, Rick Ross, Soulja Boy, Wale, Yo Gotti, Plies, YC, Gorilla Zoe) who produced the smash hit, “Birthday Song”), The Expendables, Oso, AyoWayneKilldIt, Dra-Matic, BandCamp, DaBoiChi and Blaze The Champ (Diddy, No ID, Day26, Yung Joc, Napalm, Crucial Conflict)
GP and M.E.P. is happy to finally celebrate his mix-tape release party which will be held on Thursday, December 13th at LUMEN located at 839 W. Fulton from 10p – 2a; with hosts DJ Drama & DJ Sean Mac. Everyone’s welcome to come out to hear exclusive tracks from “Without A Deal Part 2” and get up-close and personal with GP himself, who will be greeting fans, taking pictures and signing autographs.

I got to catch up with Chicago artist, GP during my visit to Los Angeles - who was there shopping around with label offers.
I first heard of GP when I came across his mixtape, 'Without a Deal,' which is hosted by the one and only, DJ Drama. After learning more about him, I was interested in finding out more.
In this interview, we first discuss his collaborations. GP has worked with Gorilla Zoe, Day26 and Jeremih (see music videos below), and was in LA working with Blaze The Champ, Da Internz and No I.D..
With such a successful music career so far, I wanted to get the inside scoop on why he pursued a music career, the inspirations behind it and his long-term goals (one of which I think he will definitely accomplish!)
