Per usual, Game will be unleashing a star-studded new album, as confirmed by the new tracklist for Jesus Piece seen above. The one track that I'm most looking forward to? Well, that should go without saying for those who know where we're from! I'm of course speaking about the title track featuring bothKanye West & Common. Good move on Game's part to keep the album at 12 tracks. With all those collabs, it would just get overwhelming if there 6 more just like it. I'm definitely intrigued at much of these new tracks, but he's 0 for 1 so far in my book as "Celebration" just isn't my type of single. There's quite the potential for the rest though, wouldn't you agree?
Tonight, just mere minutes apart, Meek Mill & Game appeared on dual late night shows, performing their singles off their new albums. The former was accompanied by Kirko Bangz on Jimmy Fallon as they performed "Young & Gettin' It" and the latter was joined by Tyga for "Celebration" on the Jimmy Kimmel Live stage. Not to be a party pooper, but I'm not vibing with the themes of both of these singles, BUT I am impressed that Game was able to rap about "hoes" and "weed" on ABC, ha. Watch the performances above and below in case you missed them (shouts 2 Yardie).
You all know Shyne is not one for backin' down. And once he got word of Game's latest diss track video "Cough Up A Lung" a few days ago, he sent MTV this freestyle above from Paris. No beat, just a capella as Shyne slowly flows some of his bravado back at Game. What do you think of the freestyle and the beef in general?
