Earlier this week, Ibn Jasper revealed and sported the all-new Just Don hat — this fresh ode to the hometown's Bulls. Turns out this hat may appear in Jay Z's upcoming Barney's New York collection, or at least something along these lines according to Upscale Hype. Not much else is known for the collection, except that it is dropping November 20th and will likely not be a part of Black Friday sales.
Last night, the Yeezus Tour kicked off in Seattle and everyone not in the pacific northwest has Twitter and Instagram to thank for the first glimpse into what to expect. I think the only thing I expected was something I haven't seen before... and sure enough, Kanye brings out Jesus.
I haven't seen any video of it, but it was certainly a topic on Twitter and one that Ye's tour DJ, Mano addressed.
Furthermore, we can thank Virgil Abloh and Don C for the peeks at the beginning of the Yeezus Tour. Both were active on Instagram with the former posting videos, and the latter some amazing pics that I curated below. Simply put, it looks amazing. The beams of light, the set in general (DONDA designed), and the various ways Kanye can interact with the set and dancers from just what we see below yields a lot of possibilities.
Fashion wise, you'll notice that 'Ye is rockin the Red Octobers and also a face mask in some of the photos. Don C dropped Margiela as one of his hashtags too. So, any first thoughts? I'm even more amped to experience this for myself in Chicago.
The Finals are upon us! And if you want to be the ultimate fashionhead amongst your friends for the next couple weeks, look no further then the fresh new hat collection release from Just Don. Designer Don C combines his signature python snakeskin with the classic NBA Finals logo (seriously, that cursive is instant class) and between the various colors and years on the side patches (also a nice touch), you can cop a cap for your favorite Finals. Plus: a couple of vintage Bulls Finals hats are included in the collection. Both are fresh must-haves if you can put down the dollars. The high-end luxury sportswear goes for $400 only at RSVP Gallery.
Not technically in the Finals Collection, but included above, are three of the freshest new releases from Just Don that'll go great with your Grape Js. The black/dark purple Bulls, a Charlotte Hornets lid (the Hornets are coming back!), and a Charlotte Hornets-themed Bulls hat, with the extremely nice touch on the red underbill. These three are variations of the '87 draft caps that a certain first round draft pick that year made most famous...

Via Don C's Instagram tonight @GivenchyDon, we have a first-look at both the All Red Air Yeezy 2 and the possible album art to the newly announced upcoming Kanye West album, Yeezus. 'Ye also sported the Red Yeezy's during tonight's performances on SNL, but given the dark aesthetics (fancy way of saying "lack of light"), one couldn't really get a good look at them (there's a quick flash in spotlight during the "Black Skinhead" performance). From what I can see so far, the kicks look fresh. I love when red's the dominant color on kicks so I'll surely be keeping a close eye out on these. As for the possible album art: that graphic is at the very least representing the aggresive, highly intense tone of Kanye's first two releases. I'm excited to see the final version and to find out what the symbolism means.
Thoughts on the kicks and (possible) Yeezus cover art?
