After numerous random leaked tracks, over drawn out hyped, and random images’ being leaked Ciara’s ‘Sorry’ is now close to being ready. Today BET has released a special preview to Ciara’s first single Sorry. The full video will debut on September 13th during Ciara’s appearance on 106 & Park.
The time has finally come and its apparent Ciara has gotten herself together now. If you remember a few weeks ago, Ciara hinted that she would be releasing new material that was assumed that it would be her first single Sorry. Well that didn’t quite happen because all we got were some songs that sounded like leftovers.
However, it now looks as though her label Epic Records has stepped in to guarantee her fans that a concrete release date is now set in motion. Ciara will premiere the video for 'Sorry' on September 13th while she will be cohosting on BET’s 106 & Park.
Ciara will then release a follow up single 'Got Me Good' on October 8th. That single will be served to radio and with a corresponding visual all in the same day. Ciara’s album One Women Army will be relased December 4th.
Well today is August 20th, and as reported a few weeks ago Ciara is suppose to drop her first single ‘Sorry’ from her upcoming album One Women Army today. So far today she only released the cover to the single, and a new song ‘Livin’ It Up’ that reportedly will appear on her upcoming release.
Let’s hope we will be able to hear the new single later on today. One would just assume Ciara is trying to build buzz around the single with her being mysterious about it.
Ciara has recently revealed a teaser of her single “Sorry” over twitter. Via her instagram she detailed a love and heartbreak situation:
“Dear YOU, August 4th, we were chillin at the house. I said I was done and told you to get out. I didn’t mean a word I said, cuz I was hopin’ you would come back. I tried and tried and I cried and cried up late at night; and I hurt. I tried to fight, and I cried to God, “please let it just work.” I was going crazy with you, you had me so confused. I walked away, you walked away, and we should have stayed… You know, the last time we spoke, gotta say it felt like good ol’ times. Through all the bull, I was still happy to hear from you. You said all the right things, but the one thing you couldn’t seem to understand was that, all you had to do was say…”I’m sorry” Sorry 8/20”
“Sorry” will debut on August 20th as the official led single from Ciara’s One Women Army album. Ciara is also planning to release two new videos within the next month or two. Hopefully all goes well because Ciara has been pushing this album back for the last 20 years. Will any of you be checking for this?
Appearing on What Happens Live last night, L.A. Reid has announced that a release date for Ciara’s long over due album, One Woman Army has now been set. The music mogul revealed the album should be dropping near Thanksgiving. Ciara has been working nonstop for the past couple of months in the studio with the likes of Da Internz, Hit-Boy, Tricky Stewart, Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, and many more. Reid also confirmed that Ciara will indeed release a new single and will have completed two videos by the end of August.
Hopefully everything will work out for Ciara, because she has a very promising list of producers working behind her. Now it’s just up to her and the label to make sure everything goes accordingly to plan.
