This shouldn't come to a surprise for Keef fans: Zaytoven reveals he and the young, polarizing Chicago rapper are planning a new project to drop in a few days on June 28th. The #BIRDSofaFEATHER refers to an upcoming Zaytoven movie, according to his Twitter bio, and not the project's title. (Did you see "Sofa" first too? Bird Sofa Feather! Ha.) We'll see in a few days if they get the project together and out to the masses. Until then, enjoy their most recent collab from yesterday below.
This piece of news landed in my Twitter TL just now courtesy of the homie DJ Sean Mac as he noticed some back and forth between Chief Keef and Travi$ Scott, talking about an upcoming collab it seems. This isn't a left field shock by any means with Keef and Scott working together on the Yeezus track "Hold My Liquor". What are you thoughts on that record? Anyway, I can see these two fitting well on another track together.
Earlier today, Chief Keef was arrested outside a Skokie courthouse after fighting a case against his speeding charge last month. The Tribune is reporting that it is stemming from a trespassing charge. To add salt to the wound, the police apparently arrested Keef using "excessive force". Here's a statement below (via FSD):
Plus, here's what the judge said to Chief Keef after he plead guilty to the speeding charge earlier today:
"You think you're invincible, and you're certainly not," said Cook County Circuit Court Judge Earl Hoffenberg. "Violate (conditions of the plea agreement) and you'll find out you're not. … I sure hope I don't see you again, because if I do you better be ready to go to jail."
Woof, not the best of days for Mr. Cozart. More on this story as it develops futher...
