Chicago emcee Calez doesn't seem to be slowing down. Following a XXL co-sign and the release of his latest project To Broke Tape a mere month ago, the BRKF$T CLUB spitter is back with a 5 track EP gliding over classic G-Unit production. He single-handedly silenced the rumors of signing with G-Unit and also paid homage to a classic time in hip-hop-- The G-unit era. Much like many of his fans, Calez is also a fan. This quick tape known as the "bundle pack" speaks to the many diverse influences that have helped shape Calez into one of the hardest newcomers in rap.
Mixtape Tracks
01. "Ready Or Not"
02. "Writer Music"
03. "Be For Mercy" f/ Fonz-E Mak, Johnny St. Cloud, & Julian Malone
Possibly the most popular song in hip-hop right now has finally got a remix worth talking about. Even though the song doesn't have one of those classic verses from Trinidad the song is still as dope as the original. This beat was made for 2 Chainz and he killed it.
One of the most under appreciated artist from Chicago plain and simple. This song is just another example of his skilled and ability to out write a lot of artist from Chicago. If your still sleep on Add-2 do your homework.
For some reason this is a rumored track to be on Lil Wayne next album. If it doesn't make the cut then this will be another terrible decision to add to his growing list which already includes his new forehead tattoo.
Calez has been releasing a lot of dope music lately and is another artist that you all need to do your homework on if your not up on him and his 2008ighties team.
I'm not 100% sure what I like about this song but it grew on me after a few listens. Smooth verses and hook, and a change of pace from the other music I've been listening to recently. Is it me or has R. Kelly been making his rounds in the hip-hop world recently.
That's this weeks Top 5 so let the disscusion begin. Feel free to let me know your thoughts.
I've been waiting to see what Calez would come with next ever since he dropped the "Brokest Song Of All Time." And although the feel of Swiff's beat differs from that of Hippie Sabotage, I'm still messing with the combination of it and Calez's rhymes. I'm definitely looking forward to what the young 2008ighties rep has instore for us next. His versatility has me intrigued.

It's a Santana thing on this NEW(ish) cut from GBE's Fredo Santana, which features Dipset's Juelz Santana. This one's a trunk bangin' bump for all my g's out here who wanna keep sh*t turnt. Gotta give the uperhand to Juelz on this one for a very clean verse. Good job all around gents.
Bad Boy's French Montana drops a certified banger this week with guest verses from Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, and 2 Chainz. Must say each party held his own. Take a listen for yourself above and enjoy.
Tyga takes 2 Chainz's "I'm Different" for a spin as a new release off his most recent collection, 187. I'm fuggin with it. I'm sure you will too. Peep game!
This is that type of sh*t I wanna hear from Gunplay. Give us some more gooned out verses over beats that bang like this and you just might be on to something bigger g. Just sayin. I see you Gotti!
Now before I let y'all swag out to these for the rest of the weekend. I gotta give an honorable mention to Alex Wiley who dropped a killer visual earlier in the week for #Heauxs, featuring Calez of the 2008ighties gang. Watch this sh*t right here! #Goodluck

#TooBrokeNiggasCantFuckWitMe! A song made for mof*ckas just like me. How g! You know I'll be bumpin' this one every day til the end of next week. This one off Calez's #TooBrokeTape that's on the way. #GO bump this shit!
No days off for the Jets as they continue to unleash a dope wave of heat. This Trademark and Young Roddy cut entitled "Welcome" comes off the upcoming Jet World Order 2 album. Lets hope we see these two back for next weeks #Raps.
TDE's genius mind, Ab-Soul connects with Joey Bada$$ on this dope groove you'll catch me bump on a cruise down LSD, as I soak in the clouds. #GO stream, snag, and stream again. This is "Enter The Void."
It sure has been a while since my homie over in the 301 released anything fresh. This week however Logic delivered on his promise and gave the fans a new release. Something which showcases the Maryland MC goin in over Nas' "NY State Of Mind." A straight vibe to tune in on while you're out and about enjoying the weekend.
Everyone knows that T.I.'s tracks have been a bit stale ever since he got locked up, then released, then locked up again, then released again, then locked up again...so on and so forth. This one entitled "Trap Back Jumpin'" however I feel is a step up for TIP. Lets hope his next single hits harder though. Bring back the #King.
Now #GO enjoy your weekend foolies! Take these and stay safe out there. #HappyFriday. #Salute!
