Looks like the NFL is pulling out all the stops for this years Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans as far as the entertainment is concerned. Alicia Keys has now been booked to perform this year’s national anthem according to the Associated Press. Azealia Banks confirms song with Beyonce

More Beyonce news this week - one that's been an active one filled with new info (see below) and photos (just click here) - courtesy of Azealia Banks, who has revealed she has recorded a record for Beyonce's upcoming, TBT (nope, not Throwback Thursday... To Be Titled) album.

"I actually did something for her record in Miami a couple weeks ago. I really didn’t want to say it because I didn’t want to jinx it … Even the fact that I was considered to rap on a Beyoncé track was just… I’m about to cry. It was amazing."

- Azealia Banks (to ASOS Fashion)

The only other news on Beyonce's album is that she's said to have also worked with Pharrell, Timbaland, and The-Dream. More on Queen Bey as we get more acclimated with 2013.

Destiny's Child To Perform During Super Bowl Halftime Show

In some not so shocking news reported by Us Weekly Destiny’s Child will indeed join Beyoncé on stage during her Super Bowl halftime performance. The best selling girl group of all time will perform a medley of their biggest hits and will also be singing their new song, “Nuclear” produced by hit maker Pharrell. The song is lifted off their new album Love Songs, which was reported earlier today.

After Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams exit the stage Beyoncé will then debut her lead single from her extremely highly anticipated fifth album. One can only imagine the magnitude of a show Beyoncé is going to put on at the Super Bowl. I expect to get every bit of my life from this performance. Check out Destiny’s Child last performance together at the BET Awards below:

UPDATE: Justin Timberlake releases teaser, and reports of new album

Loading the player...

UPDATE: No new song today, but instead a one-minute teaser to new music entitled "I'm Ready" (which has no new music) and a countdown to 3 days from now (which is likely the real release of new music... but who knows?). And then Billboard is reporting that sources say JT is planning on releasing an album, entirely produced by Timbaland, sooner than later, with 20 tracks having been recorded already. Looks like everyone was teased pretty good today.

The track may come out tomorrow, but for now... Create-A-Caption!

01.09.12 11:58pm CT: Tomorrow morning, rumors are looking more and more clear that Justin Timberlake is making his return to music - accompanied by music's biggest power couple: Jay-Z & Beyonce. Produced by Timbaland

And given JT's tweet, it looks like we'll find out for sure tomorrow morning. (But hey, he could be counting down to a late breakfast or somethin...?)
