Good Afternoon,

Phero's latest single "II" delivers a soulful story that many young adults in the City of Chicago experience due to the violent nature of their environment. This is the second single of 5 single project titled, "The Five Columns" (I, II, III, IV, V) that will lead up to his album release early in 2013. The song feature’s additional composition from Perter Cottontail (keys) and Tony Romero (trumpet).

Phero is a rising Hip-Hop Recording Artist born and bred on the South Side of Chicago. His music can have a throw back, simplified feel, but at the same time it weaves in complexity and metaphor. While Phero's career up until this point has been a high speed ride, from touring in Europe to taking the stage with Dead Prez and Rhymefest, the 22-year-old artist relishes the time it takes to let his music develop naturally and become a household name.
