Producer: Cool & Dre & The Game - FULL, CDQ, Track off upcoming album, Untitled, in stores 07.15 *Tibs Fav.™
Aite, so Nas’ upcoming album, Untitled, has been leaked by now and tons of trax have been available everywhere, in addition 2 the ones that have appeared on GWHH. If u want the whole album, I’m sure u can browse our affiliates and find it, but since we don’t post full albums on GWHH and try 2 limit the amount of trax also, I figured I would just post 1 more goodie for ya’ll that wanna sample or wait til 07.15… and it’s Nas’ unique collaboration with The Game & Chris Brown! It may sound surprising, but it’s a very quality track with Nas & The Game ripping over a ridiculous Cool & Dre beat, with CB enhancing the track throughout (listen and you’ll see what I mean..). Def a MUST-DL and I can see the track blowin’ up as a 2nd single with the appealing names and production involved. Below, we’re playing catch-up with 16 trax total from the past few days (since we let the Kidz In The Hall interview and Mr. Music get the well-deserved, extended spotlight) featuring a ton of big names. A few thoughts… Usher track is RIDICULOUS… pretty sure that’s a snippet but it’s a 2:51 long snippet, if that, and it’s HOT! Also, u may notice the same song by Lloyd and Sterling Simms, and well, that’s cuz it is… it’s just a different singer for each version. The early edge goes 2 Sterling IMO, but I’ll need a few more listens. Other than that, u can peep my favs below and I’m sure u’ll find somethin’ u like, in addition 2 the video premiere of Lil’ Wayne’s “A Milli”! Enjoy!
And in some bad news, fellow blogger gowhere? cannot access GWHH where he is staying in China because he’s in a restricted area or something like that. So unfortunately, it looks like we won’t be getting the unique posts from gowhere? until mid-August when he’s finally back in the States. But u kno Max G. & myself will be holdin’ it down for ya!
12:10PM - Just upped “Swing Your Rag” by T.I., produced by Swizz Beatz (formerly known as “Louis Rag”). It’s the clean version, but the previous version was littered w/ shout outs. Def update ur iTunes w/ this one below. Shouts 2 Z for sending this thru!
Producer: Swizz Beatz - FULL, Radio Rip, Rumored track off upcoming album, Paper Trail *Tibs Fav.™
Enjoy some NEW T.I., albeit in radio rip form, the quality of the track is still solid and if u can successfully ignore the DJ drops, you’ll see that the song is immediately catchy and is sure 2 be a solid banger off the upcoming album, Paper Trail! Also below is an even harder banger from producer Nitti by Alfamega w/ some help from the producer and the man above, T.I.! I’m not really high on these types of trax all the time but this one I like, which likely means those who are into those types of trax will definitely like it, haha. And finally, DL a short, 1:30ish track that I think will be the intro for Nas’ upcoming album, Untitled, and the end lil’ verse by Nas is straight up chilling. The lyrics are, as u should expect, on point as he drops the gloves and fires back at some criticism. This lil’ track gets me even more hyped for the album! Just throw on “Hero” after the track ends and boom, ur all set! Enjoy!
Another HUGE update for ya (sry, going 2 be inconsistent w/ timely updates the next few days…) with the feature track being the HOT, Swizz Beatz-produced?, RMX of Alicia Keys’ latest single “Teenage Love Affair” featuring LL Cool J! LL’s male perspective definitely adds 2 this song that was lyrically brilliant in the first place. Another big RMX below is from Usher for his latest single “Moving Mountains” featuring Hood Fella. Not sure if that’s official, but Hood Fella adds 2 the original beat pretty well also. More songs 2 add 2 ur collection include the latest GemStones track “Never Give Up”, which features the new and improved GemStones - meaningful, conscious lyrics and a beautiful, passionate chorus that brings the cliche some depth. The mixtape should be hitting the web within the next couple days as it’s finally done (unfortunately we couldn’t hit up the mixtape release party last nite). It’s just a matter of time and once it pops up in our e-mail or around the other blogs, u’ll see it on GWHH. Be sure 2 scroll below for the boatload of new hip hop and R&B trax, requests, and videos as the Keyshia Cole Letterman performance is especially worth ur time! Enjoy! (Big ups 2 FSD & NMC)
FULL, CDQ, Rumored track from upcoming album, Sketches Of A Man *Tibs Fav.
The feature track for 2day is the RMX 2 Dwele’s first single “I’m Cheatin’” featuring fellow Detroit artist, Slum Village! It’s a unique R&B track with Dwele singin’ about cheatin’ on a girl, not with another girl, but cuz the girl is different, while Slum Village adds a nice flavor 2 the RMX. Not sure if the track will be included on the album, but the original sure will and its due out in stores on June 24th! Down below, a couple trax from some hip hop heavyweights - a short freestyle over “A Millie” (what else is new?) but this time by Jay-Z and a new release from G-Unit produced by Swizz Beatz. Also down below, don’t sleep on a HOT R&B slow jam track by virtual unknown - Nathan. He should be grateful for that ridiculous StarGate beat, which is attractive 2 ur ears on first listen. And finally, the video premiere of Estelle’s latest single - “No Substitute Love”, a nice video with some old school elements telling the story of the song! Enjoy!
Comin’ thru real late 2nite and luckily it wasn’t an urgent day in NEW music but there are still some cuts from some of ur favs. in R&B and hip hop. The 2 trax from the batch I liked is a hot, uptempo track from R&B singer Mario and the “Where The Cash At RMX” by Swizzy & Foxy B. Warrants mentioning tho that the original is better.. not really feelin’ Foxy’s verse but the beat and Swizzy are on point. Check out The Game & Keyshia vid premiere below as well. Enjoy!
Producer: Drumma Boy - FULL, CDQ, Track off upcoming album I Am Trap*Tibs Fav.
“NEW JEEZY AND YEEZY!!! WHO’S YEEZY??? THAT’S MEEZY!!! PUT ON!” - Kanye West
Haha! That’s Kanye’s title of his most recent post on his blog, promoting the latest track featuring him and Young Jeezy! Kanye goes T-Pain with the Auto-Tune on his verse over a nice dirty south beat. I can see this blowing up so be sure 2 DL it and blast it for your friends. Oh, and while you’re at Ye’s blog - check out his beef with Entertainment Weekly, a wildly passionate and entertaining comeback at the EW review of the Glow In The Dark Tour. Also be sure 2 DL a couple NEW trax below that I really like - Swizz Beatz gettin’ it hyped with a sick, hard beat and a bonus track from R&B crooner Taio Cruz that is a nice 1 2 chill 2. (haha @ the numbers, I just wanted 2 see what that looked like…) Oh yeh.. J. Holiday request as well! Enjoy!
It is a rare day where one of my old favorites releases a NEW track as Montell Jordan has come out with a club-banger with the Ying Yang Twins that you might like! “This Is How We Do It” is his biggest hit and one of my all-time favs, so it’s great 2 see he’s still making music. A lot of NEW trax for 2day, but I’m honestly not feelin’ a lot of them, maybe u will. Scroll down for the heavy trax from the past few days f/ Lupe Fiasco, Estelle & John Legend, and Bobby Valentino for the MUST-DOWNLOADS that u can’t miss! Enjoy!
Producer: Swizz Beatz - FULL, HQ, Track off upcoming album, Shine, in stores March 31st (U.K.)! *Tibs Fav.
Whoo, another hot track from the UK singer/rapper Estelle as she collaborated with one of my personal favorite beatmakers - Swizz Beatz! Her previous single, “American Boy” f/ Kanye West recently reached #1 in the UK and has been circulating the radio in the States. Lookin’ forward 2 the album, Shine coming March 31st 2 the U.K. and April 29th 2 the States! Below, download the latest from Nelly and Royce Da 5′9″ w/ some other guest features and a Lil’ Wayne request. Enjoy!
Here’s 2day’s batch of trax and vids - the featured track being a RMX of one of my fav. songs ever “Can’t Help But Wait” f/ Rick Ross. I like that new beat so def worth a DL for you guys. There’s also the NEW Jay-Z/MJB/Swizzy collabo, a NEW track from Day 26 (not 100% sure if it’s them tho.. but its credited 2 them..?)… a cover of another one of my fav. songs ever - “U Got It Bad” by Frankie J (but why cover such a classic song that can’t get any better? Still good tho.) Also check out another full track from Francisco and a neat behind the scenes look at “75 Bars” from The Roots! Enjoy!
Above is the official RMX of the newest Alicia Keys hit “Like You’ll Never See Me Again” featuring the versatile Ludacris! The song is awesome 2 begin with and Luda def adds a new take on it. I’ll definitely be fluctuating btwn listening 2 the original and the remix above. Below you can check out more new audio for the day featuring R. Kelly, Bobby Valentino, Pete Rock, and Swizz Beatz, with the Swizz Beatz track premiered 2day with a music video! Enjoy!
