So the story goes… Lupe Fiasco performed LIVE for the lucky students attending Indiana University and broke out a couple “works in progress” a.k.a. some never before heard rhymes that our good friends over at lupEND captured on video, and then ripped for the mp3 above as well (thx 2 J.D. for that also). Lupe flows fast and slow and from what I can tell on the low quality versions… it sounds awesome. I can’t wait for a better version, titles, an mp3, but it’s likely a long way 2 come still since L.U.P.End is not supposed 2 drop until Dec, ‘09 and that’s before all the prerequisite push backs. Take it for what it is and enjoy (along w/ a few NEW trax below!)
Above is a brand NEW track from Chip himself, presumably on his upcoming Can’t Stop Me mixtape, and it’s a fresh one featuring Kid Cudi! The verses are all on point over a beat that both rappers excel on and is also my type of beat. Chip shows his versatility as he spits over a more laid-back beat compared 2 the hard bangers I am personally more accustomed 2 and it works for the better. Not 2 mention his overall flow is better than I’ve heard in previous trax, which goes with a catchy chorus that I can see myself singing along 2. I’m excited 2 see how the rest of the mixtape develops now, which should be coming soon according 2 his MySpace. Enjoy the exclusive above as well as the myriad trax below… starting with Jay-Z jumping on “Put On”, as well as Jeezy spittin’ some NEW verses. Gotta had it 2 Jay-Z (who I was never a big fan of) but he killed it here. Hmm, more hits than misses in the trax below.. I’m really diggin’ the Rhymefest track, but mainly because of Chamillionaire’s beastly verse and incredibly clever Lauren London reference which made me chuckle on 1st listen. Another nice reference occurs in the Busta Rhymes / Jadakiss collabo as a Shaq in Miami and Phoenix NBA reference caught my attention (as does any NBA reference, haha!) Just a bunch of hip hop and some R&B trax below! I’m sure u’ll find somethin’ u like so comment on what u do (and don’t!). Enjoy!

A ton of NEW trax in 2day’s update, but the feature track is a type of track that you are likely familiar with already - a Mash-Up! I personally LOVE Mash-Ups, but most of them are not that good. The one above is an exception as the Casely vocals on his hit single “Emotional” is combined with Ne-Yo’s hook and StarGate’s beat on the soon-2-be hit single “Closer”. It offers listeners a NEW take on both songs and I personally like it a lot. DL above and judge for yourself. Below, you can find the various NEW R&B and hip hop, but the Ghostface Killah “Charlie Brown RMXs” warrant some mentioning. It’s a series of 4 trax that was sent 2 a select few of us 2 share by 4 different DJs remixing the song by the Wu Tang Clan member. I sincerely enjoy all 4 as they all have a completely different sound from one another and you should check those out as well. I also put up the “Flashing Lights RMX” f/ R. Kelly that was requested, but I could not locate one without all the DJ shoutouts. Still a good track tho if u are a fan of either. Enjoy!

Above is the latest from Day26; really lookin’ forward 2 that album. Below is a bonus track from Danity Kane’s album, in stores next Tuesday, and that is the colabo with Day26 & Donnie Klang There is another solo track by Donnie Klang, but my boy Dj MiniMaxX and I think it’s just the chorus looped together - either way, hot chorus, even hotter beat! Diddy and the crew spend top dollar for the game’s hottest producers and it’s really showing. Finally, some more NEW trax from Casely & Rich Boy and a Flo Rida & Girl Talk request! Enjoy!
UPDATE (03.25.08): Donnie J. is now Donnie Klang, Bryan-Michael Cox did NOT produce “I’m The Reason”, AND “Ain’t Going” is a hidden track off of Day26’s album, not Danity Kane’s.
