Above is the supposed official Part 2 video for Kanye West’s “Flashing Lights” f/ Dwele. It seems 2 me it is; after all, Kanye himself appears throughout. It is a well done video and was definitely the type of video I was expecting when it first came out. It tells a nice story of the young lady with “Flashing Lights” being the overbearing theme, so watch that above and judge for yourself!
