Another HUGE update for ya (sry, going 2 be inconsistent w/ timely updates the next few days…) with the feature track being the HOT, Swizz Beatz-produced?, RMX of Alicia Keys’ latest single “Teenage Love Affair” featuring LL Cool J! LL’s male perspective definitely adds 2 this song that was lyrically brilliant in the first place. Another big RMX below is from Usher for his latest single “Moving Mountains” featuring Hood Fella. Not sure if that’s official, but Hood Fella adds 2 the original beat pretty well also. More songs 2 add 2 ur collection include the latest GemStones track “Never Give Up”, which features the new and improved GemStones - meaningful, conscious lyrics and a beautiful, passionate chorus that brings the cliche some depth. The mixtape should be hitting the web within the next couple days as it’s finally done (unfortunately we couldn’t hit up the mixtape release party last nite). It’s just a matter of time and once it pops up in our e-mail or around the other blogs, u’ll see it on GWHH. More NEW Nas for ya ears, but this track featuring more Mark Ronson than Nas, ugh. Remember when Mark Ronson leaked “Stronger” last summer and for a couple days, the full track was out there but with similar shoutouts and his annoying voice over a ton of the track? Well, this is like that, but I guess it’s the only way he can leak it w/o the artist’s consent (he did produce it, however). Idk, I’m not sure how those things work anyway, but I like what I hear from Nas & Busta above, what I can hear at least, and I’m sure the full, CDQ version will hit us soon. Above is the latest from Go Getters, exclusively dropped from FSD. Go Getters, if u recall from last week, is the group consisting of Kanye West, GLC, Really Doe, & Arrowstar - a Chi-Town clique when they were all fresh in the game around 1999 and 2000. It is interesting 2 hear these trax, especially Kanye pre-accident, who sounds noticeably different. It’s some raw Chicago Hip Hop above so be sure to DL it!
The third (and final?) version of the “Flashing Lights” video has also hit the web and u can view it below! Admittedly, it goes over my head a lil’ bit on first viewing, but Kanye brings it with a deep and artistic perspective that his fans should respect. It is important to note that this “Version 3″ is the last 2 leak and hit the web, but it was in fact the first video Kanye & Co. shot for the song. They scrapped it and filmed the 2nd version that leaked last week, scrapped that, and released the one with Rita G. back awhile ago.

Comin’ thru real late 2nite and luckily it wasn’t an urgent day in NEW music but there are still some cuts from some of ur favs. in R&B and hip hop. The 2 trax from the batch I liked is a hot, uptempo track from R&B singer Mario and the “Where The Cash At RMX” by Swizzy & Foxy B. I wanted 2 share the final, RED ape cover of N.E.R.D.’s Seeing Sounds, an album that I am getting increasingly excited for with all their hot trax that have leaked already! Since we all love art work up here at GWHH, I had 2 share this album cover that I really like, and so there’s no confusion, I don’t got a new N.E.R.D. track in case that’s what u were thinking. Instead, you can peep 5 solid NEW trax, the first one by Mickey Factz and Lauryn Hill… a great mellow track that is lyrically on point. Here’s some NEW Music 2 start of your week! Mainly R&B jams but some quality ones at that! The J. Holiday track above is a sweet cover of the Nas single “Hip Hop Is Dead” and as u can imagine, J. Holiday speaks on the state of R&B. I like the idea, not sure I agree w/ all of it, but its an interesting track that I like and u should DL! The Mario track below is sweet, but it doesn’t really sound like him. I’ve seen it credited 2 Mario, but from what I hear, I’m skeptical. Shout what u think! U can also DL 2 new trax from the boys at MTB4, a Trey Songz feature, and a new one that could grow on me by Ludacris! Enjoy!

HUGE Update for u late nite viewers (Note that Tuesdays and Thursdays are my real busy days and I won’t be able 2 update til late nite…) Anyway, above is a supposed unreleased old school Lupe Fiasco track, with the literal title haha. From what I can tell no one knows where it is from but it is either from before Food & Liquor or just a NEW, recent track… either way, I’ve never heard it and I have all the Lupe songs I see and its a straight up ridiculous beat and track overall! Scroll down below for a bunch of Tibs Favs, including the “Ghetto Rich RMX” and HQ version of Usher’s NEW single “Love In The Club” as well as the video premiere 2 Chingy’s latest single, “Gimme Dat” f/ Bobby Valentino and Ludacris!
