FULL, CDQ, Track off upcoming album, 808’s & Heartbreak *Tibs Fav.™
MORE Kanye from 808’s & Heartbreak! Someone definitely leaked out the album or most of it cuz I’m pretty sure Kanye only wanted “Amazin’” out 2day. So this is our last post on the CDQ trax from the upcoming album. Ya’ll are goin 2 buy it in stores anyway in less than 2 weeks! But anyway, the Lil’ Wayne collabo is my favorite of the two above and certainly better than their Graduation collaboration, “Barry Bonds”. I love the production on the track and their voices are enhanced and more powerful because of that. Idk about some of the lyrics by Weezy but it’s a track that I’ll be bumpin’ for sure. “Street Lights” is a lil’ more chill and more Kanye pourin’ out his emotions. Even though I might side with some of his fans out there that want another pure hip hop album from Mr. West, the direction of this album is something that I admire and above all, it’s good music. I love the emotion that Kanye displays throughout all the leaked tracks so far and his singing, autotune, and everything else hasn’t become annoying, rather it has only enhanced the emotion portrayed on the tracks. Consequently, Kanye West is connecting to a wider audience that can better relate to Kanye West, the person. 808’s & Heartbreak will be in stores November 24th!
Down below, a bunch more trax and videos featuring a lot of Swizz Beatz, a massive collabo w/ Ne-Yo, and some solid R&B trax from Jamie Foxx, Brandy, Marques Houston, & Ray L! Make sure u don’t miss anythin’ u might like. Enjoy!
Producer: FATBOI - FULL, CDQ, Track off upcoming album, The Recession*Tibs Fav.™
Some more Recession for ya ears; I swear this is the last of the album u’ll see, b/c quite frankly I’m gettin’ tired of it, but the one collabo I was really lookin’ forward 2 was the one w/ one of my favs - Trey Songz, and it doesn’t disappoint! Jeezy is nothin’ more than mediocre (which as u can tell is my general opinion of him, much respect still..) but I love Songz on the hook and that’s why I’ma keep bumpin’ this one! Below, check out some more trax f/ Kardinal Offishall & Akon and a few videos f/ Talib Kweli, Ace Hood, & Kid Cudi! Enjoy!
N*E*R*D “Everyone Nose RMX” f/ Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, & Pusha T
VIDEO PREMIERE!
Thanks 2 S-Preme in our Jabbify, I was able 2 catch the world premiere of the long-anticipated “Everyone Nose RMX” on BET’s 106 & Park and thx 2 Connie over @ OnSmash w/ the send-thru, we have the video online and above @ GWHH! I was expecting big things from the video and it delivered. I love the crazy, fresh effects throughout and the video game / electronic type elements illustrated, w/ everyone lookin’ and actin’ all fly throughout the video. It definitely personifies the style of N*E*R*D and its equally fresh guest features - Kanye, Lupe, & Pusha T from Clipse. I’ve also been thinking about who delivers the best verse out of the 4 in this track for quite some time now, and I’ma throw it out there that if I had 2 choose one who really really killed it, it’s Pusha T. His flow is just ridiculous over the awesome beat and people shouldn’t sleep on him w/ CRS likely overshadowing him on this song 2 the casual fan. Any thoughts on this as well? Chat or comment away! (I should note tho that Kanye, and Lupe especially shine brighter lyrically..) It’s a MUST-WATCH video so please take the time 2 check it out above! That’s all I really got for now, besides a boatload of trax and other videos for ya below! Hip hop, R&B, Underground, Mainstream, something for everyone so just check it out below! Enjoy!
FULL, DJ, Track off upcoming Tapemasters Inc. & DJ Haze mixtape, To Live And Die In LA.*Tibs Fav.™
Here’s a few NEW trax for ur Saturday, with the feature track coming from The Game! “Toy Soldierz” reminds me of his earlier hit “Dreams”, but is not really similar, if that makes sense. Game spits with the same consicous, analytical tone and that’s when I like him best. He still name-drops but does so in a clever manner, whereas sometimes I find it annoying. The Eli-2-Tyree catch and his want of a big girl like Jennifer Hudson are 2 of the references that struck me on 1st listen postively. Some thoughts on the trax below… Busta is pretty sick on the “Music For Love RMX” but I don’t think he matches the song with his deep, unique voice and that’s where I revert back 2 the original and also, the Ciara song is credited 2 Ciara by my man J.D. but after a couple listens, I’m skeptical that it’s actually her. Judge for yourself tho. Enjoy!
FULL, CDQ, Track off upcoming album, King Of The Decks*Tibs Fav.™
Was about 2 head out but Matt C. just sent the above heat out 2 everyone… a couple DJ Revolution trax off his upcoming LP, King Of The Decks!“The DJ” f/ KRS-One is an instant hit for me and exactly the type of song for my fellow blogger (and upcoming DJ) gowhere?. KRS-One kills it with a passionate message attacking radio songs, flamboyance in hip hop, and his analysis and criticism of the state of the DJ. It’s pretty sick and def a good hip hop track with a menacing, heavy beat (filled w/ DJ scratches as well) that ya’ll should enjoy! Don’t hesitate 2 check out the lil’ bonus track as well from DJ Revolution and crew, one that will take a couple more listens for me, but is definitely a solid 1! Enjoy!
Once again, some old, yet unreleased Lupe Fiasco & GemStones (courtesy of Andrew) and this one is a unique banger! GemStones (back then, Gemini) on the chorus is lovely, especially when he brings it back one last time on Lupe’s command. It’s true throwback Lupe & Gem as they rap with that gangsta swag that they once carried over a ridiculous beat by Chicago native, Boogz. Definitely a song 2 add 2 ur collection. Below, some good hip hop, including a noteworthy song by Three 6 Mafia featuring a Pimp C sample and a sample of Zombie Nation’s “Kernkraft 400″ - a *Tibs Fav. in itself, haha. I also fulfilled some requests (Immortal Technique request is for the album, any specific songs I can try and find?) Also peep the Gnarls Barkley LIVE performance while u wait for ur DLs 2 be ready! Enjoy!

Talks NEW Album, Chicago, “Good Morning” & “Everyone’s Okay” Clips (Shouts 2 KayCee!)
Producer: Deezle & Jim Jonsin - FULL, CDQ *Tibs Fav.
Now if you’ve been followin’ GWHH for awhile, u’ll know I’m not the biggest fan of Weezy, but in fact, “Lollipop” was one of his songs that I didn’t have 2 switch right away and now Kanye brings it on the autotuner with the highly anticipated RMX! I’m not huge on the autotuner trend that is hitting all the major artists now as well and I can see it getting out of hand fast, but not yet at least. U already know Kanye is ridiculous in his first verse, just like u already know, our boy Lupe Fiasco straight up kills any beat, like the dirty south collaboration with friend Bun B! Love their verses. Below, there’s another good hip hop track from the legend KRS-One. Also, u may recognize “Body On Me” from a couple weeks ago with Nelly and Akon only, but it turns out it is Ashanti’s song and her next single. And Yung Berg also drops his next single so peep and DL all the NEW trax above & below! And take a look at the video PREMIERE of N.E.R.D.’s “Everyone Nose” while u wait! Enjoy!
FULL, Limited DJ, Track off upcoming Cool Kids mixtape, That’s Stupid! (The Mixtape) & Mick Boogie’s, Re-Motivation*Tibs Fav.
Check out the latest from one of the hottest (and lesser known) hip hop duos across the U.S. - The Cool Kids! The NEW track will be appearing on their upcoming featured mixtapes listed above, so we should expect more heat like this in the near future! DL the feature track above and don’t forget 2 check out the other audio below featuring another unofficial RMX from our boy Dj MiniMaxX - “Barry Bonds” by Yeezy & Weezy, as well as an Akon feature, and Cassie’s official version of “Official Girl”, haha. I like Karina’s (from yesterday) and Cassie’s versions about the same, but I like Cassie on that hook (and in the album artwork that I put up for ya, HAHA!) So be sure 2 DL them and judge for yourself. While waiting check out a LIVE performance f/ KRS-One, Kweli, & M.O.P. below as well. Enjoy!
Yes! The HHSML video PREMIERE is finally here! For my favorite track off the album, Lupe & Nikki traveled down to H-Town for the video, illustrating the telling of the brilliant story of a rapper on the come-up! Low-budget vid, but you gotta love it! Lupe’s got his usual swag and Nikki Jean’s smile lights up the video! The various cameos by the H-Town rappers are a nice treat as well! You can also check the NEW video for KRS-One’s latest track AND a hot song by Konvict Muzik’s Colby O’Donis, produced by Timbaland! Enjoy!
FULL, CDQ, Track off upcoming album Rising Down*Tibs Fav.
Here’s a lot of NEW music and a video premiere, catching up from the last few days for me… hopefully you guys took the time 2 check out the EXCLUSIVE interview with Guru and Solar a couple posts below! Anyway, above is the new Roots track and it’s got that unique sound of theirs and is another quality track by them. Below there’s some hip hop and R&B featuring KRS-One, Trey Songz, Bobby Valentino, Rob (Of One Chance), and the video premiere for “What’s Love” by Shaggy f/ Akon, which is a pretty fly vid! Enjoy!
