My apologies for rollin’ thru late 2day… was traveling w/o cpu access for nearly half the day, but a ton of updates for 2day with the “Moving Mountains” premiere above! It is supposed 2 be a continuation of the “Love In This Club” video where Usher is standing in the wreckage from the club burning down around him from the previous video. Definitely a more powerful video with all the imagery and special effects that u should see for urself. Down below is a bunch of NEW trax f/ Usher again (Here I Stand bonus track), a John Legend/Andre 3000 snippet - the first single of JL’s new album that I’ve been anticipating for quite sometime now. Here’s 2 straight up ridiculous FULL Usher trax for you 2day, along with a new track from the group Usher helped catapult on their way 2 stardom - One Chance! Both tracks are slow jams that show why Usher sets the bar so high. I’m especially feeling the Stargate-produced “I Can’t Win”, which is apparently written by Ne-Yo, contrary 2 reports that he was 2 be featured on it. Furthermore, “Movin’ Mountains” was supposedly produced by Timbaland, but it’s not (and doesn’t even sound like a Timba produced track), rather it is Tricky Stewart. The track by One Chance can definitely grow on me and then scroll down below that and check out NEWS about the controversial “Flashing Lights” video and Common’s plans for new albums (along with a live performance video!) Enjoy!

Old School Sundays - Super Bowl Edition

2day is the big day here in the U.S. as the Super Bowl has once again captured our nation’s attention! This year’s battle between the undefeated New England Patriots and New York Giants expects 2 be a historically significant Super Bowl as the Patriots vie for an unprecedented 19-0 perfect season! Since I’m in the mood, I figured for Old School Sundays, I would post the pump up track that got me hyped for last year’s Super Bowl when my hometown Bears were in it.. it’s Clint Mansell’s “Summer Overture” that you may recognize from the movie Requiem For A Dream amongst other features throughout the decade. You can see a sweet piano version of the song below a preview of the game itself! And of course, you can DL the mp3 and get pumped up for Super Sunday yourself!

A note about the musical performances for the game itself… GWHH fav. Alicia Keys will be performing in the Super Bowl Pre-Show around 5 ET with Jordin Sparks performing the National Anthem. And if you were wondering, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers got the Halftime Show locked down.

Sarge’s Prediction: Close game throughout but Patriots are just 2 strong and pull away late… Final Score: Patriots 34, Giants 20!
