Above is the latest from Go Getters, exclusively dropped from FSD. Go Getters, if u recall from last week, is the group consisting of Kanye West, GLC, Really Doe, & Arrowstar - a Chi-Town clique when they were all fresh in the game around 1999 and 2000. It is interesting 2 hear these trax, especially Kanye pre-accident, who sounds noticeably different. It’s some raw Chicago Hip Hop above so be sure to DL it!
The third (and final?) version of the “Flashing Lights” video has also hit the web and u can view it below! Admittedly, it goes over my head a lil’ bit on first viewing, but Kanye brings it with a deep and artistic perspective that his fans should respect. It is important to note that this “Version 3″ is the last 2 leak and hit the web, but it was in fact the first video Kanye & Co. shot for the song. They scrapped it and filmed the 2nd version that leaked last week, scrapped that, and released the one with Rita G. back awhile ago.
Scroll a lil’ more for a large batch of NEW trax featuring some big names like Usher, Lil’ Wayne, & Mario, but the one below that I’m feelin’ above the rest is the song by Danny Fernandes - an uptempo new-age R&B track with a sick beat, similar 2 Fernandes’ earlier hit “Curious”. Enjoy!

Above is another NEW track from “Esco, let’s go!” and it’ll be appearing on the GTA4 Soundtrack, I believe. It’ll definitely be in the game on one of the radio stations (”Flashing Lights” is the next song on the radio station, that’s why you hear that in the last 2 seconds) and the game itself comes out on Tuesday! Can’t wait to play it, haha. Below is for your R&B fix as there’s some NEW trax featuring Bobby Valentino, Akon, Francisco and video premieres of a couple Tibs Favs by Danny Fernandes and Taio Cruz. A note about the “Flashing Lights” video controversy. I’ve read conflicting stories about the video in the post below… it could be Part 1 of 3 (which I think it is), a teaser, or the actual full video. That same video blew up all over the web as well as Kanye West’s official blog (that he posts himself). Kanye himself didn’t shed any light on it, he just posted the video (along with the flyest phone I’ve ever seen!) So let’s just wait for official word from Kanye or another video 2 come out, assuming one does.
Whoo, above is a HOT hip hop track featuring some of CHI-Town’s finest - Kanye West & Common. It is by the Chicago spoken word, composer, and musical artist Malik Yusef! Lovin’ the vibe and beat 2 it and Common’s verse is my personal favorite in it. Below you can check out a video of a Mary J. Blige and Ne-Yo performance from Super Bowl weekend (and peep the related performance videos by double clicking the video and viewing them on the side). Below that you can DL a few new R&B trax… a couple Chris Brown snippets and a cover of “One Call Away” - the hit song by Chingy - by Danny Fernandes. “One Call Away” was one of my favorites when it came out in 2003 and Danny Fernandes is great over the track as he performs the original chorus and sings new verses!
