I just never know what to think of foreign culture inspired videos: Offensive, flattering, or neither.
Finally someone glorifies the culture and sunny beaches in Thailand, instead of Asian mafia activity, prostitues, and drug deals. Though Rita Ora might have gotten some major details wrong, such as Chinese umbrellas, reggae beats, and strange headbands/hats, as a Thai, I can still appreciate the effort. They also did get a lot of random Thailand dancers, Muay Thai fighters, and elephants all withint one music video. That, I definitely don't see every day. Hm... I guess I wouldn't mind wearing Thai inspired head pieces in place of those flower crowns that have been blowing up all over festival season.

What are your thoughts on "cultural" inspired video. In "Come and Get It, " this summer's hottest radio song, Selena is wearing a bindi. Is it offensive or a fun new fashion statement. You decide.
