Despite claims from Spring Breakers' director Harmony Korine that the character played by James Franco was modeled after another artist, Florida rapper Riff Raff believes that he is the true, and uncredited, basis for the character and as a result has decided to sue the film's creators for $8-10 million.
In a street interview with TMZ, Riff Raff provided this beautiful analogy to layout the grounds of his case:
"It's like if I have a front yard. And you're planting soil and you're planting trees and building peaches and houses and selling parking lots on my property...then I deserve to be compensated for some portion of the money."
With logic like this, how could he possibly lose?

"Your graciousness is what carries you. It isn’t how old you are, how young you are, how beautiful you are, or how short your skirt is. What it is, is what comes out of your heart. If you are gracious, you have won the game."
