Back in the day when "enforcing disciplinary action on ni**as" was meant in a physical sense, one could brutally and nimbly be shredded to pieces with just words in a cypher or battle if you were a rapping foe of Busta Rhymes or Ol' Dirty Bastard (may he Rest In Peace). This type of rap from back then was simple but heart felt. As the lyrics trickled off their tongues and out from their mouths, they'd hurt you or touch you in some type of way, hence you hear "Ooos", *laughs* and chants in the background. Here is some footage of the two friends and rappers in a cypher from 1994 supposedly. Despite Busta Rhymes' flow not being quite off the top of the dome, he murders this rap and ODB ensures the flawless victory. Hip hop in rare form.
