Trey Songz followed up Nas on the Jimmy Kimmel Live stage as he promotes his upcoming album, Chapter V, with a rendition of "Heart Attack" seen above. There's some lively energy from the crowd in this one - no doubt spreading to Songz and back to the crowd as well.
