Let's keep things movin' with more 2Pac today; watch a rare freestyle from 1993 in D.C. as 2Pac, accompanied by Freddie Foxx, spits some raw rhymes to a raucous crowd. Hah, check out 2Pac at the 2:40 mark - classic. Freddie Foxx shouldn't get lost in the shuffle as well as the two pass the mic every minute or so. Man, it's crazy to see this footage now; I can only wonder what it'd be like to see 2Pac perform live. This video, while refreshing to see, only gives us a small taste (shouts 2 RR.. happy 1-year!).
Down below is a mess of new tracks featuring a variety of hip hop and R&B. Nick-N-Beans link up with fellow Chicagoan Max Payne for their new single that certainly has some growth potential. QBeans kills it with the beat and it's worth checkin' out just for that. In fact, I'ma be giving this update a few more listens as there's a lot of music that could grow heavily with me. That U-N-I/Bun B collab (shouts 2 2db), the Laws/9th Wonder record, and a couple of Lloyd's jams all hit me favorably right away. There's a lot to check out including a couple mixtapes from R&B singer London (shouts 2 YK2) and Bobby Creekwater. Finally, a trio of videos also features Bobby Creekwater, a performance of "Exhibit A" from Jay Elect and Mos Def, and a teaser of the new video from up and comer Kidd Russell. Enjoy!
