QuESt "Gambler" [Music Video]

And so begins QuESt's new moving visuals for Fear Not Failure, fittingly with a track that he says sums up the sound and moods of the project in "Gambler". This one has continued to grow on me as Fear Not Failure has yet to exit the daily rotation. I love the energy and have a renewed feeling on the record after seeing the well-executed video showing QuESt chained up in a chair under the dim lights. That aesthetic really matches the lyrics of speaking the truth no matter what the consequences. Got to also appreciate the subtleties of the busted TV-style scratches throughout, with the distorted audio as well. You'll catch one in the beginning that particularly grabbed my attention.
