It's "Lights Out" in the stage, the rave, to the White House... and in the new music video from Khaled M, seen above. The Libyan-American's last video for "Can't Take Our Freedom" was once banned from YouTube, but I have a feeling the same treatment won't be bestowed upon "Lights Out". Khaled showcases his intense emceeing and keeps everyone in check with a mix of intelligent references throughout. This one's just to show that Khaled's a warrior on the mic and he illustrates that with the boxing-themed visuals, directed by Raphah Anderson. Turns out he's the one that gets knocked lights out though, hah! Next week, Khaled M is going to Libya to film a documentary before resuming his ongoing tour in Dubai. Really lookin' forward to how he's going to experience Libya in these trying times and with his direct connection. But in the meantime, we have the new single (a *Tibs Fav.™) in video and downloadable form above.
