Jay Electronica Announces "Act II: Patents Of Nobility" Is Completed

The always elusive Jay Electronica announced through twitter that his highly-anticipated LP "Act II: Patents Of Nobility", has been completed. Even though Jay E signed a very promising deal with Roc Nation back in November 2010, we didn't get much music from the emcee and there was never a clear sign of the project's progress. So this is a very good news for all the fans that had been patiently waiting for the album.

He also hinted at the possibility of the previously rumored collab EP with Lil B. Check it out after the jump.
