Japanese Cartoon album coming soon

Lupe's punk rock/electronica band outta Japan, Japanese Cartoon, updated their Facebook page this weekend to say their new album has a release date and that it is coming very soon! Definitely some good news for Lupe fans craving some new music. I predict that they will come through on the album coming soon though since I bet it will be released off an indie label and they won't have to deal with any major (label) headaches. But wait a second, Japanese Cartoon? Not sure who or what I'm talkin' about? Lupe Fiasco on lead vocals and Le Messe and Graham Burris on production and bass make up Japanese Cartoon.
