Freddie Gibbs feature headlines new music post

In comes a fresh 3-way collab to lead another new music update as JD Era, Freddie Gibbs, and Q Da Kid lace some fast-paced verses over a Don "Cannon.. Cannon"
production (shouts 2 Sirmac TV). All three spit some clear verses that all contain their own highlights, each bringing something new to the table. You could be nitpicky if you like, but I had to repeat this a couple times to make sure I caught everything... always a good thing. I particularly liked Freddie Gibbs' (pictured above) flow on this one in the second verse - an attribute of his that I always considered high, even though I personally can't connect to everything he raps about. I wish Don Cannon put a little more variety into the production but at the same time, it works with how the song is structured. Finally, one on last Gibbs note, head on over to DJ Booth for another interesting interview as Gibbs and DJ Z, who go way back, talk about a variety of topics on the heels of Freddie's XXL Freshman accomplishment.

Down below, a handful of videos concludes another new music update as a HQ sound version of Lupe Fiasco performing "Beautiful Lasers" leads things off. Whew, how about that spoken word intro? Can't wait to hear the final product to hear how dark and emotional Lupe is on the track. Also of note below is Yung Berg's vlog in response to another robbery allegation. I, for one, am puzzled as to how this became such a big deal (basically trending on Twitter all day)... do people really care about Yung Berg that much or is this just another excuse to make fun of him? Just curious... in the end, it's all nothing. Finally, peep a couple interviews featuring Kidz In The Hall and Drake as well as OJ Da Juiceman's XXL freestyle (which had me agreeing with Rhymestyle earlier today). Enjoy!
