I know, I know. You're tired of hearing "Otis" freestyles (Or "I'm On One", "Motivation", "Headlines", and by the end of this week probably: "She Will"). Welp, I still respect the ones that can bring something fresh to the table and that's just what pak.one does above, who in the process, establishes his "Otis" freestyle to the top tier of them alongside Busta & DMX. His flow is on point throughout, specifically during his transitions when the beat changes. On top of his delivery, pak.one is just as on point with his references. The name drops are few and far between (which I typically think is the best balance) so keep your ears perked for Kenny Powers and a slick one with Manny Pacquiao. The other 0.5 of 2pak does his thing as well - this time for a couple of minutes over J. Cole's "Unabomber". Like his brother above, j.pak mixes in some ear-catching lines with his unique and punctuated delivery - a personification of a style I'm seeing j.pak continue to carve into his own. As a result, I'd suggest a download of a couple of freestyles above (both *Tibs Favs.™) and to be on the lookout for more new music from 2pak, undoubtedly coming soon knowing their penchant for consistently releasing new grooves!
