Happy 5 Year Birthday gowherehiphop.com! It all began with the planting of the first seed — to provide a platform where people can go to expand their taste, and listen to new music. Tibs and I had no idea how or where it would take us, yet here we are as you see us today — burning bright!

Each day, each year, we strive to innovate by building on the ashes of the old, like the Phoenix — only to yet again renew. This fiery passion of transformation is precisely the driving force of not only our name but our entire brand philosophy as well. 'Gowhere Hip Hop comes from the question of where hip hop is going'. However, to ask this question we must stand in the here and now of the present moment. And as we continued to ask this question, we quickly began to realize that it is not only were Tibs and I stand, but where we stand collectively as a people, as a team, as the entire world and beyond. It is our fundamental identity we are dealing with here, which is why we move toward inclusivity rather than exclusivity. This conversation affects everyone, as we are all connected, we are all One. So as we continue to strive and develop in opening up this conversation about our identity, we urge You who's reading this to join us in any way you feel is necessary!
