Eminem to release new album in 2013

So says the headline, and so is confirmed in not so typical fashion. No pun intended, but we find out today through a limited edition snapback being sold on Eminem's official store that he is planning a new solo album in 2013. A fairly keen observer will notice the year on the side panel, which is "dedicated to the landmark Eminem solo albums."

For Detroit fans looking for a pick-me-up after tonight's World Series sweep, (and for any fan of hip hop in general) this news should serve just that. And might I add, that's quite the fresh lid and logo. Tempted to cop myself... (away up top, home down below)
