Drake's OVO inks deal with Warner Bros.

In some business news today, Drake's OVO label has officially inked a deal with Warner Bros. While details are still on the way, the partnership could be similar to that of Warner Bros. and Rick Ross.

For example, Rick Ross is signed to Def Jam but since inking a deal with MMG & Warner Bros. in 2011, WB has released albums from the group under their brand. Drake is signed as a solo artist through Universal through Young Money/Cash Money. We'll see how it all plays out, but this looks to be good news for Drake and his label - to get an even bigger push through Warner Bros.
