Donald Trump's major announcement to President Obama [Video]

Allow me a quick tangent towards politics for a moment as this story has picked up quite the buzz in the past few days, and surely even more now as Donald Trump makes good on his promise for an announcement to President Obama. Via the video above, Trump proposes a deal: he will write a $5 million check to a charity of President Obama's choice, if Obama releases his college transcripts, applications, and passport records. 

Trump says that President Obama is the least transparent president of all-time and that it would make him and the American people happy and satisfied if Obama was to release this information (with the added deadline of Halloween at 5pm ET). 

This doesn't smell right to me. Gotta question Trump's motives as he must have what he thinks is insider info that something from those transcripts or records would expose the President as something he's not. And to guise it for charity? Hmm, who really knows? And will the President respond?

I'm guessing no. What do you guys think of Trump's proposed deal?
