40 Glocc sues Game for assault & battery

Stemming from their much-publicized fight a few months ago, 40 Glocc is now suing Game for assault and battery and damaging his reputation. Furthermore, TMZ is reporting that 40 Glocc is now saying that Game pulled a gun on him (which, at the time of the incident, Game denied any such activity). Should be interesting to see how this shakes out.
