Frank Ocean 'Channel Orange' [Album]

Unless you're fiending for the physical copy of this highly anticipated 'tape, which will still be dropping July 17th, then the wait for channel ORANGE is over!! Leaked temporarily on a couple of different file downloading sites, this hot new release from Frank Ocean has become officially available on iTunes as of just a few hours ago. Ocean revealed news of this early release just tonight on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, maintaining that the physical launch will still take place later this month.

Like the homie Sgt. Tibs has pointed out in previous posts, this 'tape boasts some pretty dope features like the quiet, sexy track "Pink Matter" featuring Andre 3000, the odd concoction that is "Super Rich Kids" with fellow OFWGKTA member Earl Sweatshirt, and the short but mesmerizing music of "White," which pairs Ocean with John Mayer. After listening to channel ORANGE I think that "Pyramids" is still definitely a standout on the album, but honestly the whole thing is beautiful, sensual, and well-executed.
