This year the 20 thousand plus at Electric Forest were lucky enough to have STS9 join The String Cheese Incident as headliners. Sector 9 played two nights, each with a 2 and a half hour set with no set break. The two shows were very different from each other but they were both great in their own right. The first night the boys came out and played a lot of their newer songs off of their "When the Dust Settles" EP. Although the show was dominated by new songs and incredible lights from lighting engineer Saxton Waller, they threw in a little something special as well. STS9 fans were lucky enough to hear a rare cover of "Shakedown Street" by the Grateful Dead. With a majority of the new songs out of the way, the second night was a special night with a great set list. They came out on fire and didn't stop until the night was over. The show included classics such as T.W.E.L.V.E. and Kaya, along with a brand new track covering "Awesome" by The Bloody Beetroots f/ The Cool Kids. All in all it was a memorable weekend with incredible music and incredible lights to join. Check the video above of "Inspire Strikes Back" from the second night with some incredible graphics and lights. Shout out to J Shape for filming this shot, enjoy.

"Your graciousness is what carries you. It isn’t how old you are, how young you are, how beautiful you are, or how short your skirt is. What it is, is what comes out of your heart. If you are gracious, you have won the game." ~Stevie Nicks
