Brothers From Another 'Taco Tuesday' [EP]

Features 6 NEW Tracks!

Taco Tuesday is the newly dropped, free EP released by the Seattle duo who call themselves Brothers From Another. The pair is made up of Cole Deleon Jones and Isaiah Sneed, a couple of emcees who have been making music together since high school. In my opinion, they are truly the Northwest's next big thing, unraveling a lot of opportunities as of late such as having performed this spring with The Dream and Kendrick Lamar at UW. Also, true to the style of Northwest hip-hop, these guys have been fully integrated into the local scene, working with damn near all of Seattle's big names including Sabzi and Geo of Blue Scholars, The Physics, Grynch, Sol, Macklemore, J. Pinder, and more.

Taco Tuesday is short but oh so sweet. Lyrically these boys are relevant with a diverse and far-reaching range. Their delivery is on point. The production quality of this EP is excellent, especially considering that it's a free download recorded in a boutique studio by some relatively unknown kids, but damn, it's both mixed and mastered extremely well. My two favorite tracks are probably "Molly Moon," featuring Geo & Thig Nat (listen below!), and "Roxy." If you like or are even intrigued by Taco Tuesday I recommend checking out Quality of Living, their 2011 album for which you can name your own price and cop here. On that album, hands down, my favorite track is "Maggie Was Fly" featuring the homie Grynch.
