B.o.B "Out Of My Mind" f/ Nicki Minaj

One of the many big-name collabs fans are clammoring for off Strange Clouds can be heard above as B.o.B links up with, who he says he was most excited to have on the album in our recent interview last week, Nicki Minaj for this eclectic jam "Out Of My Mind". The quirky hook is fitting for both the production and each artist's styles and at the very least, this one will get stuck in your head (for better or worse). Nicki's verse is especially off the wall (but you had a feeling already) and is an example why I can't really get into her recent work. I only dig parts of her verse, but not always the whole thing; in this case, I like her spin of the "Airplanes" chorus into some fast-paced rhymes immediately after. B.o.B did his thing though with a break-neck flow to kick off the track as well. The song overall is a unique cut and not a bad one at that with "Out Of My Head" bringing some originality to the table and already standing out from all the Strange Clouds previews. It won't crack my top tier of favorite tracks on the album, but I don't think I'll be skipping over it come May 1st either. Hear for yourself above and drop what you think!
