SOB's 30th Anniversary Showcase SXSW Recap [Video]

One of the most memorable nights for us at SXSW last week was when we posted up at The Belmont on our first night there for the SOBs 30th Anniversary Showcase. Here's who we saw and expected on the bill: 2 Chainz, Slaughterhouse, Machine Gun Kelly, and Miguel. And then Kanye West & Big Sean joined 2 Chainz on stage, as you may know already.

What lies above is a highlight recap of what went down that night. Performance footage from all of the acts above mixed in a smooth flowing fashion with many of the interviews we got from the evening including Drea Oppan talking with the living legend MC Hammer, Blu, Elle Varner, Maya, and even New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz who taught Jen DeLeon how to do his signature touchdown salsa dance, hah! Well, how was it? I have never been to SXSW but I read about it this year in the Economist Magazine and now I totally want to go! Next year! I've never been to Austin..I hear it's a great town. I've been to Fort Worth, which is prttey good, but I really want to go to Austin! Thanks for the blog and the books.! I'm just converting from Drupal to WordPress and your blog has been awesome.
