BUMP: Busy day of updates from morning to night. But we didn’t want you to miss this one so watch this above if you haven’t yet already ![]()
We are proud to present a brand new candid and chilling interview with none other than Common, who reflects on his Chicago roots, No I.D., and Twilite Tone. In fact, Twilite Tone joins the interview with Jeff Baraka and together with Common, they talk about their reunion of sorts, working on new music and performing live on stage at the North Coast Music Festival. Common was also flanked by Karriem Riggins on drums during his headlining set last week and the Camovement by Cam Be brilliantly splices in a mix of in-depth, multi-angle visuals and raw live audio of the performance. And finally, the chills were up and down the spine throughout Common’s reflection of his hometown itself as his words were juxtaposed with some powerful shots of the city of wind spliced in by Cam. Simply put, this is another must-watch video for any fan of Common… and any fan of hip hop. Enjoy!
