Friday night, Sgt. Tibs and I rolled through to the Beat Kitchen in Chicago, headlined by up and coming aritsts Rockie, YP, & Big Homie D.O.E.. Above, Rockie and Sgt. Tibs discuss a little bit more about what stands Rockie apart from other rising artists, his favorite projects from Rockie’s Modern Life, and what lies ahead for the beginning part of 2010. We were impressed by Rockie’s stage presence, swagger, and personable answers when speaking with him… and he’s only 19!
