Wow. Nas came serious with this 1st single. While Keri Hilson and Polow Da Don may scream POP, “Hero” really isn’t. Polow Da Don comes with a hard, bangin’ beat, albeit with poppy elements, and Keri Hilson simply enhances the song with some background vocals on the chorus and throughout. But Nas.. damn. You can really hear the passion inside him throughout his verses (and I know Max G. is going 2 like that Crooks and Castles mention in the first few bars, haha!). Mid-2nd verse… lovin’ it. Matter fact, entire song is hot, Nas, Keri, Polow.. enough chatter, just DL above! Shouts 2 Hip Hop Etc. for comin’ thru. Enjoy!
